We know that you are going to be satisfied with your U.S. Absorbents purchase. In the rare event that our product did not meet your need, you may return items you have purchased from us within 30 days of receipt of the item. The returned item(s) must be postmarked to U.S. Absorbents Returns Department no more than 30 days after a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) is assigned. Pending return, you will be issued a refund to your credit card for the value of the items being returned including any applicable taxes and shipping. No credits will be given prior to receipt of returned merchandise or for merchandise postmarked more than 30 days after obtaining an RMA #.

Please follow the procedure listed below:

1. Click Register/Login in the Customer Service area. Login to your account. Click on your Order Number. Click Request Return Authorization Number at the bottom of the page.

2. Repackage the merchandise in appropriate shipping materials.

3. Address the package to:

4. Send the package via a shipping method that is trackable such as UPS or USPS with Delivery Confirmation.
